Taiwan Smartphone Maker HTC Gains 2.8% On Hopes Cher Wang Can Revive Its Success
Shares in struggling Taiwan smartphone maker HTC gained 2.8% in early trade in Taipei today on hopes that last week’s move by its influential co-founder and chairman Cher Wang to become CEO will bring back some of its luster.
