New Fitness ideas

Hi again, I found some good information related to our weight loss, well I found out that doing quick exercises for at least 30 minutes every day, will improve my weight loss goalof 100%, so I am going to start taping my weight loss.
I've started with eating tuna salad lunch, breakfast cereal fruit, banana, we'll see, I'll keep you updated
