Guys What are Your Ideas >

Hi all, went to gym and people are starting to get back in shape, wow what a mob scene.
Well, can't wait for spring!

Here is the plan they say to write everything down you eat, well ok, started that, my goal is to lose 30 lbs this year, overweight and gained around 10 over the holidays.
 
Well, realize I lost 30 lbs since 2007-2008, but now I have to get the rest off.

Here is a good place for some motivation
