Samsung stops all sales and exchanges of Galaxy Note 7 phones (updated)

Reports suggest US carriers have already stopped selling the replacement Galaxy Note 7s, and that Samsung has halted production of the Galaxy Note 7, according to Korea's Yonhap News Agency.
