US safety agency: Stop using your Samsung Galaxy Note 7 [Updated]

Samsung's Galaxy Note 7 hasn't been formally recalled yet, but the US Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued an advisory to all owners: Stop using the device, and don't charge it.
