A pill dubbed the 'female viagra' has received full approval to be sold in the US -- but we'll have to wait a while for it to come to the UK, if at all.
Sprout Pharmaceuticals announced that Addyi, a non-hormonal pill designed to treat generalised hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD), is now officially the first treatment of its kind to receive approval. The drug will be available from 17 October.
