Pokémon Shuffle is now available on Android and iOS devices, making it the first Pokémon game to be released on smartphones outside of Japan.
The match-three puzzler has been available on Nintendo 3DS since February, where it was one of the publisher's first experiments with freemium gaming models. The game can be played for free, earning coins and jewels as you go, or buying them through micro-transactions. These can then be spent on in-game boosts or extra lives.
