London HIV clinic accidentally leaks data of 780 patients

One of London's leading sexual health clinics has mistakenly revealed the names of 780 HIV-positive patients. The data breach occurred when the Soho-based 56 Dean Street clinic sent a newsletter and forgot to hide the names and email addresses of the recipients.
