Windows 10 Xbox One Streaming Alternates Between Amazing And Awful

After a week or so of sacrificing live animals to the Microsoft gods to be chosen for a Windows 10 upgrade, it finally worked. A little notification window popped up in the corner of my screen, and after only two failed attempts, I had a brand new operating system. Naturally, the first thing I did was rush to try out the new Xbox app, and more specifically, the long-awaited ability to stream Xbox One games directly to my Windows 10 device, which in this case, is my desktop PC.
