In the first part of this article, we discussed the resurgence of lettering, we defined the differences between lettering, calligraphy, and typeface design, and we also discussed pens, papers, and other supplies. In this second part, I will share with you how I got started, my journey, and will also share specific tips on how to start. Let's get started.
When I decided to practice lettering daily, I was a tad overwhelmed with the options: Crayola (there is even a term for it, crayligraphy), pointed pen, brushes, illustrative lettering, lettering, calligraphy (Copperplate and Spencerian), modern calligraphy, and so on. I did not know what to do or where to start.

DOE Report Shows Potential for Behind-the-Meter Distributed Wind
On November 21, 2016, the Department of Energy (DOE) released a report titled “Assessing the Future of Distributed Wind: Opportunities for Behind-the-Meter Projects” which explores the potential of distributed wind energy in the U.S. through 2050. According to a DOE press release, the assessment-commissioned by the DOE and authored by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory- is the first of its kind and considers and quantifies the energy sources' addressable resource potential, economic potential and market potential.

SpaceX Files FCC Application for Space Internet
One of the most popular points of contention in broadband internet delivery is that much of the United States is underserved or not served at all by internet speeds that meet the Federal Communications Commission's (FCC) definition of high-speed internet. Outside of the United States, the situation is even more dire.
Renowned entrepreneur Elon Musk is betting on space for global, super-fast internet service.
On Nov. 15, SpaceX, the private company that aims to get humanity to Mars, filed an application with the FCC to put 4,425 satellites into orbit around Earth.
